Add an option to manually adjusting the width of header search form

A customer of Neve Pro suggested having this feature - https://secure.helpscout.net/conversation/2171093908/359914/. It was previously possible in Neve 2.0. I think it's the only header component where a width option would help, as the other ones work properly with the automatic adjusting in the header grid.
