Summary

Summary: This article looks at what is happening in the brain during the Covid-19 Pandemic while working remotely and how to use this new information to help improve remote teams.

Key Points

Key Points:

  • Failure to communicate is the worst thing to do. With little to no information, our brains make up things to cover up those unknown spots of information. This results in gossip and sharing information they think they know about -- which could cause misinterpretation.
  • Bridging the Gap: Communicate with the organization on how the organizations looks like at that moment, and what they would like to do in the future.
