Steps

1. Ask each team member to bring 2 pictures or a GIF's to the next meeting that represents how they feel or something new that is going on with them at home.

2. Have the team each go around and share the pictures. Make sure the team is involved and ask questions, or comments if they can relate.

3. save all saved album pictures to make a team collage.

How it can help your team

• Virtual Teams don't have those natural "hallway" talks that occur in physical settings. While these talks seem unimportant, it actually helps to create a close relationship with team members which can then improve mental health, productivity, and shared knowledge. For virtual teams, these forms of conversations need to be more intentional, otherwise, they won't happen.
