Thanks for that script, but I'm afraid the PSGallery issue is still present.

The remark about nuget.exe being the cause of the issue (see vmware/photon#815) seems to be the correct one.

MSFT themselves seem to advise to use mono 4.4.2 (or higher) to solve the issue.

But the issue there seems to be that there is no mono-complete package for yum (on Photon).

Perhaps a tdnf package for mono would be the way to go?

mono nuget.exe works. a mkbundled nuget.exe using mono-complete on Photon however produces issues. mono/mono#17158
It may be worth check the other way round mono/mkbundle+cross-compile to linux/nuget on a ms windows worker.

@CollinChaffin If your script is working for you for PS 6.2.3, which Photon version are you using? 2 or 3?
