This behavior is not present when running the gallery under UWP.
Steps to reproduce
1. Clone the repo
2. Generate the gallery solution, include any component and the wasdk multitarget/head.
3. Build and deploy the wasdk gallery
4. Upon launch, observe the missing text.
Expected behavior
Binding should work as expected, should align with previous behavior (before WindowsAppSDK 1.6) and the behavior on UWP.

When running the wasdk Gallery head under the latest

is failing to bind to the data in the provided SourceItems.This behavior is not present when running the gallery under UWP.
