  • delete the storekey for alliance, permanently removing it
  • write a migration for the new wasm client (wasm 08 light client)
  • ensure that migrations are in place for pfm and async icq

for PFM I added migration, so need to decide it go with fork or not. for PFM it is oneliner (they share migration struct oneliner to use in upgrade.go)
