There are 3 possible actions a user can perform related to image data:

1. Search in database
2. Upload images from the computer
3. Use the camera for taking pictures

Impact on the user

According to Gestalt Theory, The "Grouping” between items consists in ensuring that the interface groups together what is of the same nature or even in relation to each other.
Ungrouping what is similar in nature will make it difficult for the user to locate them and understand the link between each action button.
Grouping similar action buttons help users in remembering their location and their meaning faster

Recommendation

The camera and upload buttons are moved and placed on the top with the search database field.

It seems like a duplicate of issue #52 (or maybe a slight different way of presenting it).

To complement what I wrote in issue #52, the search feature doesn't appear firstly as a feature to add images, but as a feature to search through images already added.
