Note. Both BLOCKDATA and BLOCKHASH are now longer. Which may require a recalibration of their limits. Specifically they are XXX_DEPTH times deeper than previously, so applying that multiplier seems like a reasonable first try.

block data is now 13 rows long. So, in a a conflation of 200 blocks, 2600 rows => 4096
