Incorrect keyboard mapping in VM

Just flagging this one up... It's probably not critical

The default Virtualbox setup & VM doesnt have the correct keyboard mapping for my particular laptop keyboard.

e.g. where I have @ it prints (inside the VM) "
where I have " it prints @
where I have ~ it prints ¬
where I have | it prints ~

etc...

So I suggest we should provide documentation to a) check keyboard mapping is correct in the VM before beginning any exercises b) instructions on how to change keyboard mapping in the VM environment if it's incorrect.
