describe better what is in the bib.json, results.json and scholarly.html files in our case. and add links to proper documentation for general interest.

please do add issues to the software for these - if it needs to be clearer in workshops, it should also be clearer in the software documentation :)

Agree with both of you. Sometimes this is a per-program issue (like what does getpapers create) and sometimes it relates to two or more programs (how to get data from getpapers to quickscrape). Where do we put the latter?

latter things should be linked issues in both bits of software. Just create an issue in one repo, then link to it in a similar issue in the other repo, and github will create the two-way connection
