From the section on Papers and various parts of the manual, subsection tags are used to show hierarchical relationships between ideas in newthought and subsection tags. However, under the newthought "Scheduling", there exist italicized titles of subsections “Compensation and benefits” and “Interpersonal Issues”, although they are not very relevant to Scheduling, which makes the relationship between the two tags unclear. If they are hierarchically related, the relationship should be clarified further. Otherwise, they should have the newthought tag instead of the subsection tag.
