Adding links to the checklist

This is not necessarily an error/issue, but the addition of links to the checklist at the bottom of the manual - specifically for the CITI training program and Jeremy's YouBookMe meeting link - can be very helpful for those trying to complete the manual tasks. They won't have to scroll back and forth to access the task links.
