Summary

After #67 and #72 , one nice optimization would be to have the Netlify build on master be a no-op.

Details

Effectively, Netlify for this repo is great for deploy previews, but I want this repo to be an example of using AWS using S3 / CloudFront, so Netlify doesn't actually need to publish on master build. Even if it is just a console or something, just to save on the build usage.
