whenever I try to create any cosmos related project, it always says "exception of type 'system.exception' was thrown"

Check The Log Maybe It Will Help IDK Tho As I Am Kinda New To Cosmos I Only Started On It In Like 2021 Or 2022

It is a dotnet path issue
