PENS is just another proprietary component that is not worth spending time for an Open Source LMS, yet!

(P.S.: I like how these guys can give a name to everything except calling that an API, which both, PENS and SCORM Cloud are in fact. But it's their money and business, so I rest my case.)

"Give a name to everything" -- one of the greatest comments I've ever read :-)
In fact, one of their guys posted a list of their components that using open source.

Leaving this open until I find some code we could use to solve this issue without forcing user to use proprietary components :|
