For now it seems that the admin page is the only issue.

Hi,
A feature request for this thread would be exporting/importing lectures. In multisite where in one site teachers create lectures and need to export it to many other sites! It will be a helpful feature where you don't have to create lectures, assignments and leaving schedules for individual sites. Hope you'll consider this as a feature request for the next release.

Hello,
I found another bug in multisite. It has to be network activated to work. Sitewide activation of Courseware is not working. Please look into that. I wont be needing Courseware in few sub sites. Thanks.
