Blocks Visually disappearing only in a server setting

Describe the Bug

Blocks Visually disappear once the moving objects are stoped or blocked by something or broken. There hit boxes are still there but the graphic is not. they will Show again when the motion is put back on them but then will proceed to do the something again if halted.

It's probably important to note that I am playing a mod pack ( ALL the MODS 7)

Reproduction Steps

1. In my case, Be on a server( cause I tested it and it worked in single player). Then Build something like a simple gate using a rope and some glue or some chassis.
2. then Set the thing in motion
3. once the gate is closed then the blocks will disappear
   ...

Expected Result

The Blocks should stop and I should be able to visually see them
