Fluid Powdered Snow

Describe the Suggestion

This suggestion is to add a fluid form of Powdered Snow. It can be created by putting a Bucket of Powdered Snow into a Basin or an Item Drain, or by pumping it out of a Cauldron of Powdered Snow or by pumping it out of the world with an open ended Fluid Pipe or a Hose Pulley.

The Hose Pulley, naturally, should see a certain number of blocks of Powdered Snow as an "infinite" source.

Fluid Powdered Snow can be compacted into a Snow layer item.
Compacting a Snow Layer item with fluid Powdered Snow creates a Snow block.
Compacting a Snow block with yet more fluid Powdered Snow creates an age 3 Frosted Ice item
Compacting an age 2 or age 3 Frosted Ice item with fluid Powdered Snow decreases it's age by 1.
Compacting an age 1 Frosted Ice with yet more fluid Powdered Snow creates an Ice item.
Filling a Grass Block with Powdered Snow creates a Snowy Grass Block item.
Mixing fluid Powdered Snow with fluid lava produces obsidian.
Mixing fluid Powdered Snow with any fluid metal produces the ingot form of that metal.
Mixing fluid Powdered Snow with fluid Awkward Potion creates fluid Freeze Resistance potion.
Mixing many buckets of fluid Powdered Snow in a heated basin produces 1 bucket of water.
