I cannot easily find the cause here, but I am quite sure this is not a Create bug. It seems like an Immersive Engineering bug, so try reporting it to them.

this a weird collection of mods not all for 1.19.2. There are mods for 1.19.1, 1.19.2, 1.19.3, and 1.19.4. How did you get such a messed up set of mods?

One of the mods is registering an outdated recipe. create:crushed_zinc_ore has been renamed to create:crushed_raw_zinc
