Describe the Bug

when a train comes along and stoped to connect with the PSI it keeps disconecting and reconecting every second

Reproduction Steps

i simply had a item vault train with a PSI and a PSI on ground 3 blocks away (one block gap). the train is autmatic with a schedule

Expected Result

i expected the PSI's to connect

i belive this issue is the smart observer on the top of the PSI if you could fix it?
