Crash when trying to break Funnels

Context

Any time I try to break a funnel that I've placed down, the game completely crashes. This is very easily repeatable, any andesite or brass funnel I place and break just crashes the game entirely. The log provided is from breaking a Brass Funnel by hand in creative mode, specifically.
I'm using the latest version of NeoForge on 1.20.1, and the version of Create I'm using is 0.5.1i. I'm admittedly playing with a rather hefty mod list, so there may be some kind of conflict happening. I've provided a screenshot with the mod list directly from the folder.
