[Feature Request]: Add Support for Getting all Comments of a Post in the package

Why Do We Need This Feature?

We need a support to list down all the comments for a post in a publication. Add the support by adding a hook for it in the package.

Note: The base code of the hook is already present in the package. We need to improve it for pagination, test it well with Hashnode Diaries, and publish it.
