[C-1000] Improve copy of Activity Types

Currently, we display a short version of what the activity type means (left). We should make the activity type display more meaningful. Suggestion:

• Twitter: Posted a Tweet -> Posted a Tweet with your hashtag
• DEV: Commented → Commented on your article
• Reddit: Commented on a post → Commented on a post in your Subreddit
• Reddit: Posted in subreddit → Posted in your Subreddit
• LinkedIn: Commented → Commented on your post
• HN: Commented → Commented on a post mentioning you
• HN: Post → Posted about you

This data is retrieved from the backend, so the change should be done there

Hey @Vivek-GuptaXCode, yeah it's still open. But I believe this issue needs better scoping because it can affect multiple parts of the app. Will try to look at it once I have more time to make sure it's ready for development. Sorry about his
