V Rising Launch Command

I need the V Rising template to be updated to allow for custom launch command arguments. I need to be able to bind the server to another IP address as changing the IP address under Configuration>Security and Privacy>Generic Config does not change the IP for the game. The only way this can be done is via the "-address" parameter at startup.
