The typeFilter should be:
"typeFilter": "c8y_Speed"
rather than
"typeFilter": "'c8y_Speed'".

The code uses as well
filterRepresentation.setTypeFilter("'c8y_Speed'");
Or did I miss something?

When I remove all the ' from the code the sample works fine.
