aconfmgr installs certain files before doing anything else, as these files affect the rest of the process. For example, pacman configuration files are installed before running pacman, because these may be required to install packages in third-party repositories. The other way around seems to be the default, I wonder why? It breaks pacman on a fresh arch install because i have ALHP.
