Text File Functions

When you utilize the text file functions, the following commands are available:

  • /getfile file_id:{file_id}
  • /savefile file_name:{file_name} content:{content}
  • /deletefile file_id:{file_id}

Data Collected:

  • File Content: Any text saved using the /savefile command.
  • File Identifier: The ID associated with your files.

Usage:

  • The text files you save are not private; we may review their content to ensure compliance with our rules and guidelines.
  • Important: Please refrain from sharing sensitive or confidential information through this function.

Feedback Function

When you submit feedback using the /feedback command, we collect the following information:

  • Program: The program you are providing feedback on.
  • Submitted by (USER-ID): Your user ID.
  • Submitted at: The date and time of submission.
  • Given Rating: Your rating of the program.
  • Reason: The reason for your feedback.
  • Feature Request: Any feature requests you may have.
  • Feedback Number: A unique identifier for your feedback submission.

When using the Report command in the context menu, we also collect:

  • Program: The program you are providing feedback on.
  • Submitted by (USER-ID): Your user ID.
  • Submitted at: The date and time of submission.
  • Reported Message: Your rating of the program.
  • Author of the Reported Message (USER-ID): User ID of the person who wrote the message.
  • Author of the Reported Message (NAME): User Name of the person who wrote the message.
  • Channel Name: The channel where the reported message was written.
  • Channel ID: Unique identifier for the channel.

Usage:

  • Feedback is utilized to enhance our bot and its associated programs. Please ensure that your feedback does not include sensitive information.

Data Use

We use the collected data to:

  • Monitor and maintain the functionality of our bot.
  • Review content to enforce our rules and guidelines.
  • Improve our services based on user feedback.
