Support for random track seeking

Description

It would be great if it could support starting audio tracks at random positions, instead of always playing from the beginning. This would be perfect for projects that need random playback, like simulating radio stations or avoiding repetitive sounds. Adding a way to set a custom start time or have a random seek option would make audio playback more dynamic and versatile.
