Automatic mail revision

Apparently, the text of the automatic mail for a revision is identical to that of the text for a new application. This can be confusing, since applicants now think their revision (if the original application was a 'long route') needs to be discussed during the meeting again. Can we change this? Where can I find the text of the automatic mails so that I can compose a draft text?
