New question: legal justification for collection of personal details

Better known as the AVG Grondslag. A new multiple choice question is required for #469 , on whichever page feels most logical. My intuition calls for the "Participants" page.

Every trajectory needs a justification, which may be one of the following options:

• Public interest (algemeen belang)
• Consent (toestemming)
• This trajectory is completely anonymous

Two points need clarification, for which I'm paging @djhcapel who can comment here or let us know on thursday.

1. Do we want an "Other, please explain" option for this question?
2. What should the help texts for this question contain?

Some more clarification on how to implement this from @djhcapel:

De docs worden nu aan het eind per traject uitgevraagd. Voordeel is dat sommige documenten (DMP) voor de hele studie gelden en sommige voor meer trajecten (bijv. schoolleiding).

Dit houden we zo, maar we waarschuwen aanvragers wel dat ze pas op het laatst de docs kunnen indienen. Dus er moet nog ergens een tekstje komen (zet in testplan).

• Eerst de Participants pagina

• Dan Pagina ‘grondslag’ met bijzondere pg en de info hieronder.

  Anoniem (let op: als je opnames maakt of je gaat xxxx, dan is dit deel van je onderzoek niet anoniem)? Waarschuwen als dataset niet anoniem is.
