Better support for missing libraries

If a library was deleted and will not be replaced a dummy state is inserted right now. In the description of the dummy state a list of the data flows and transitions of the old state could be saved as string!

Furthermore only the transitions and data flows belonging to the replaced library state should be deleted and not all of the affected hierarchy level.

Maybe the original library-mounting-path could be added to the mentioned description, because that is the major hint pointing to the library which this dummy-state is representing, now.
