Encapsulation/refactoring of interface for execution control toolbar

After looking throw the code and where it is situated @sebastian-brunner and me conclude to re-factoring the execution control toolbar.

General steps are:

• separate view, glade and controller stuff out of the main window into own files and modules
• make a separate controller of all this functionality (no more in the main window), and also combine the functionality from the menu-bar controller in it
• and finally put the active state machine id visualization into the execution control toolbar, so that it is twice transparent (tab is not fully sufficient as we have discovered) on which state machine the command result and what is going on in the execution engine
