pip install fails with "failed to build twisted" - missing longintrepr.h

Running "pip install -r requirements.txt" on fedora38 fails with the message below. It's looking for longintrepr.h but can't find it.

try to remove the version specification from requirements.txt for twisted.
but It does not seem to work with python 3.11.

That worked - now it's complaining about missing urlparse. It looks like it was changed to urllib recently?
