Looks like the automated build for Windows is failing on bbcff78. This appears to be due to a missing commit for a file or an update for the environment variables needed in the github actions to export the location of the pico SDK as opposed to the hard coded path.

@DangerousPrototypes -- is this the missing file: https://github.com/raspberrypi/pico-vscode/blob/main/scripts/pico-vscode.cmake ?
