Deploy-DCConditionalAccessBaselinePoC: New-MgGroup_CreateExpanded: Insufficient privileges to complete the operation. #35

The Deploy-DCConditionalAccessBaselinePoC cmdlet is failing on step:
"Could not find 'Excluded from Conditional Access'. Creating group..."

Seems like there are some permissions missing: New-MgGroup_CreateExpanded: Insufficient privileges to complete the operation. Status: 403 (Forbidden)

Script was executed as global admin and consented to Microsoft Graph permissions on login.
