also, it seems a suboptimal choice to show the changelog tab instead of the documentation tab, you may want to reconsider that or fix it if it's a bug and not a feature! at least as a newbie user I'm not interested in the change log at all, and only want to see what the crate does, how it works and if it is what I'm looking for and I can use it!

EDIT: Oh, it seems I was fooled into thinking that I was looking at the changelog tab (or something) because the changelog is just the first thing up top on the documentation page, with the regular docs following just below. Still not optimal, but better for understanding what's happening here and how to fix it, potentially. :) (Actually issue still stands.)
