Feature vector availability?

Dear developers, I am very interested in the dHIT model, and I would like to reproduce the feature vector you use for histone prediction and attempt different tasks (i.e. the normalized, centered and aggregated signal of n bins that you mentioned in the supplementary).
Could you please tell me whether it is available or how to obtain it?
I need help navigating the code in this repository; having the feature vector of just K562 would be great.
