Databricks Deploy Notebook task error - 'Start-ThreadJob' not recognized

We are getting below error after upgrading MS DevOps Agent version to 3.224.1:

"The term 'Start-ThreadJob' is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or operable program. Check the spelling of the name, or if a path was included, verify that the path is correct and try again."

Details:

Microsoft DevOps Agent Version - 3.224.1
Agent OS - VS2019 and VS2022

Can you please help us in debugging this.
