Issue and Steps to Reproduce

Currently when you upload an image, the embedded EXIF Data is retained. This means anyone downloading the image can see it. This includes model of camera/phone, and even location the image was taken.

Expected

No EXIF data is stored as it is unnecessary for the site's operation and can expose personal info

Actual

EXIF data is stored.

In theory, this should be happening.
That was certainly the intent of #118
but I just grabbed a recently uploaded leaflet and was able to read full EXIF data from it, so this is clearly not working correctly.
