Wrong leaflet image displayed #235

I uploaded a Green Party leaflet, but the page shows images from the 2015 GE. The Green leaflet was uploaded, though, as seen in Admin.

The preview is correct on the home page, though.

Yes - now it's changed to show Green and Lib Dems?! Very odd.

I am not sure we can test this since we don't currently have a way to compare images, but lmk if you see it again.

Use leaflet ID in image paths

This is a partial fix for #235, as it will prevent new uploads from
showing the wrong image. It doesn't fix old images / uploads.
