Yes you can setup notifications on github to receive an email when a new release is available.

@Der-Henning sorry that was perhaps a bit misleading on my part, I want to get a notification whenever a parcel/package for shipping is available in the too good to go application. I think this is a rather "new feature" from tgtg.

@spielkind. Ah ok 😀 Yes this seems to be a new feature.
First we would need to find out the api endpoint for the packages. Implementing notifications wont be so hard then.
My time ressources are very limited at the moment. Feel free to do some research and contribute to the project. I will try to help you and review your code if you want to implement new features.
