Color Blindness Simulator does not limit image size and stacks images over each other #1412

Current behavior

When using larger portrait photos in the color blindness simulator, the images overlap.
They overlap each other, as well as the upload panel.

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)

Upload the image attached here:

Expected behavior

The height of the images used should be limited by the panel it is used in the same way as it is limited by the width.

Workaround

Resize the image so the true height of the image is smaller than the panel it shows in.
NOT A GOOD WORKAROUND!
