Current behavior

DevToys says there is an update available for the (build-in) DevToys.Tools extension.
Clicking on the update button navigates to NuGet.org https://www.nuget.org/packages/DevToys.Tools/2.0.6-preview#versions-body-tab
The latest version there is actually 2.0.6-preview.
This is a version lower then the installed version 2.0.7-preview.

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)

No update available when extension version on NuGet.org is lower than installed version.
