Feature Description

Description:
I propose adding GitHub repository badges for Stars, Forks, Issues, and Pull Requests to the README.md file. These badges provide important at-a-glance statistics about the repository, making it easier for contributors to see key metrics like the number of open issues, open/closed pull requests, and repository popularity (stars and forks).

Proposed Badges:

  • Stars Badge: Displays the total number of stars the repository has received.
  • Forks Badge: Shows the number of times the repository has been forked.
  • Issues Badge: Indicates how many issues are currently open.
  • Pull Requests Badge: Shows the number of open and closed pull requests.

Additional Context:
Here’s a reference screenshot of how the badges could look:

Use Case

Expected Result:
These badges will appear at the top of the README.md file, giving a quick visual summary of the repository's activity and engagement. The badges will automatically update with the latest statistics
