Adding a pipeline with distortion correction

We need to add a full yaml pipeline using distortion correction.

NOTE: When testing the distortion method, I can see that it is paramount that the distortion is used after normalisation, otherwise it leads to significant ring artifacts in reconstructions, as shown bellow. I guess it would be sensible to warn users through the yaml checker if distortion correction is placed before normalisation?
