Problem with displaying the name of the SAMP server

My server name contains Cyrillic letters, however, for the selected game in the monitoring "samp" (San Andreas Multiplayer (2006)) - Cyrillic characters are simply missing in my name.

I also have a server without a password, but for some reason the lock is displayed at the very beginning of the name...

Linux, Ubuntu, Docker, DiscordGSM 2.17.0.
