Title: Issue with Ping Display and Feature Request for DNS Integration

Hello,

I've recently encountered a problem with the DNS Changer app on Windows. The application fails to display the actual ping values and instead shows a constant ping of 1. This issue persists even after installing the latest version and reinstalling the app multiple times. Additionally, when activating the DNS, the app sometimes gets stuck on "Connecting."

Another issue is that sometimes DNS Changer causes websites not to load on both Windows and Mac, resulting in an ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED error in the browser. This problem is resolved when the DNS is deactivated.

Furthermore, I would like to request a new feature. Given the app's usefulness for Iranian users and the constant need for VPNs in Iran, I suggest integrating the app with specific DNS services, particularly anti-sanction DNS services like "Tahrim Shecan". This integration would allow the app to automatically switch to these DNS services for sanctioned websites and IPs, providing a more seamless and efficient experience.

Thank you for considering these issues and suggestions.
