The s-duck.sh is behind s-irsync.sh with two bug fixes #3

There are two bug fixes in s-irsync.sh not implemented in the s-duck.sh script. They are:

pass the irodA token file instead of OTP to the script
wrap the ${src} and ${dst} variables with quotation to avoid error caused by eventual SPACE character in the variable

The third missing feature of s-duck.sh is to report the number of transferred files.
