Complete detection of SoCs using /proc/device-tree/compatible

We get the SoC from the devicetree in guess_soc_from_devtree. However, there are still lots of vendor with an incomplete list of SoCs which can be extended. Mainly, the vendors that need better support are:

• Marvell (Marvell ARM Systems not detected correctly #279): Implemented in fbd5082.
• NVIDIA (Arm Cortex-A78AE undetected. #275): Implemented in 2e2e660.
• Amlogic (Support for Amlogic A311D (Banana Pi CM4) #268): Implemented in bc8a779.

On top of the improvements to specific SoC vendors in the device tree detection, the new SoC detection in 7d786ca should also improve significantly the resilience of the program. Closing.
