Piggybacking this issue to also make a request for a filename customization enhancement using optional variables similar to gallery-dl.

In my case preferably {username}-{date:%y%m%d}-{original filename}.{extension}

If this were to be implemented, I would also like the tweet ID to be configurable in the filename. Sometimes I need to re-find the tweet where the image originated from, and having the tweet ID there can help a lot (especially when reverse image search fails).
